I
understand that, if approved to participate in [Firm Name]’s Advanced
Education Program, [Firm Name] is making a significant investment in my personal
and professional growth and development.
In consideration for this investment, following completion of the
Advanced Education Program, I agree to remain in the employment of [Firm
Name] for [one year/two years].
I
understand and agree that if for any reason I voluntarily terminate my
employment before the completion of this personal commitment, I will pay [Firm
Name] on a pro rata basis the
full cost of attending [Firm Name]’s Advanced Education
Program (including tuition, travel, food, and lodging) as follows:

I
hereby authorize [Firm Name] to repay itself as much of said costs possible from
my final salary check, to include payment for vacation. During my termination-processing, I also
agree to make arrangements with [Firm Name] for payments, not to
exceed one year in duration, of any additional monies owed.
I
also understand that if I am involuntarily separated from [Firm Name] employment
through no fault of my own, these prorated payments will be waived.
Again,
I understand that it is the intention of this agreement for [Firm
Name] to obtain a fair return on its significant investment in my
development.
I UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT
THIS AGREEMENT WILL BECOME AN ADDENDUM TO MY EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT.
